Office Air Conditioning Installation
Supply and installation of a Fujitsu 7kW single split air conditioning system, providing efficient heating and cooling for a commercial office environment.
With summer approaching, T J Electrical & Air Conditioning were appointed to install a new air conditioning system for a local business, helping create a comfortable working environment throughout the year.
The new Fujitsu 7kW single split system provides both cooling during the warmer months and energy-efficient heating during the winter, giving the client complete temperature control regardless of the season.
One of the key benefits of this project was our ability to complete both the electrical and air conditioning works in-house, providing a seamless installation process from start to finish.

The installation was carefully planned to ensure a neat and professional finish while working within the existing office and warehouse environment.
Works included:
• Supply and installation of a Fujitsu 7kW single split system
• Approximately 30m pipe run installation
• Additional refrigerant to suit the extended pipe length
• Pipework neatly installed on containment tray
• Pipework routed around existing warehouse columns
• Bespoke Unistrut frame installation for the external unit
The completed installation integrates neatly with existing equipment while maintaining easy access for future servicing and maintenance.
Electrical Installation

All electrical works associated with the installation were completed by our own in-house electricians.
By carrying out both the electrical and air conditioning package ourselves, we eliminate the need for multiple contractors, helping projects run more efficiently while maintaining consistent quality throughout.
The completed system now provides year-round comfort for office staff, delivering efficient cooling during summer and reliable heating during colder months.
