Director
Tom founded T J Electrical in 2015 before establishing the business as a limited company in July 2019.
With over 13 years of experience in the electrical industry, Tom has built the business around quality workmanship, reliability and attention to detail. Known for his hands-on approach and high standards, he takes great pride in ensuring every project is completed to the highest possible standard.
What started as a local electrical business has grown into a company delivering commercial, industrial and air conditioning projects across the UK. Despite the growth of the business, Tom remains heavily involved in day-to-day operations and continues to personally oversee projects to ensure they meet the standards T J Electrical & Air Conditioning has become known for.
His commitment to customer service, quality installations and doing things properly has helped build long-lasting relationships with clients across both the commercial and domestic sectors.
Phoebe Partridge
Administration
Phoebe looks after the day-to-day administration and operational side of the business, ensuring projects, enquiries and customer communication run smoothly behind the scenes.
From managing enquiries and quotations to coordinating schedules and supporting customers throughout their journey with T J Electrical & Air Conditioning, Phoebe plays an important role in maintaining the friendly and professional service the company prides itself on.
Matty Hardwick
Electrical Engineer
Matty joined T J Electrical & Air Conditioning in January 2026 and works alongside Tom across a wide variety of commercial, industrial and domestic projects.
With five years of industry experience, Matty brings a strong work ethic, excellent technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. Since joining the team, he has become an integral part of the business, helping deliver the reliable service and attention to detail our customers have come to expect.
Whether working on commercial installations, industrial projects, air conditioning systems or domestic electrical works, Matty takes pride in ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally and to the highest standard.
